Built in 1974, the air-conditioned hotel was completely renovated in 2002 and offers a total of 430 guestrooms spread over 7 floors, of which 42 are singles and 388 doubles. Various facilities are available to guests including a 2 km² garden and pool complex with sun terrace, a stylish foyer with lifts, a currency exchange desk as well as a 24-hour reception. This hotel is located in Cala Ferrera, an exclusive area of the island of Palma de Mallorca, just 65 km from Palma, 50 km from the airport and 1 km from Cala d'Or, which has a wide selection of shopping and entertainment venues.
