Renewed in 2004, The Arcos Playa is a 3-storey complex has a total of 66 rooms. Facilities include a lobby with a 24-hours reception, safe and currency exchange, a café, a bar (open from 9am) and a restaurant. Medical and laundry services may also be taken advantage of.

Location
This apartment complex lies around 50 m away from the beach, in the centre of S'Illot. Opposite the apartments guests will find a supermarket, a cybercafé and a bus stop. An ATM and a chemist are also located nearby along with a range of restaurants and bars. In addition, there is a forest located around a 5-minute drive away.

Room description
The apartments include 1 or 2 bedrooms and sleeping capacity varies from 4 to 6 persons plus baby. All the apartments include a bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer (some also include a separate toilet), kitchen, lounge, balcony and terrace. Prior fee it is possible to have radio and TV. Safes are payable in advance at the reception.

Sports and entertainment
The complex features a swimming pool as well as 2 sun terraces with sun loungers and parasols. One terrace lies by the pool area, the other in front of the building with a view of the square and the beach. Guests will find a minigolf course within 50 m, a diving centre is 500 m away and there is a health spa around 2 km from the hotel. There is an entertainment programme every night in the bar terrace. The nearest golf course lies around a 20 minute drive from the hotel.
