Location
The apartment complex is situated in the immediate vicinity of the bay of Cala Santandria, on the west side of the Balearic island of Menorca. With its particularly impressive historical old town, Ciutadella is approximately 2.5 km away. The transfer time to Menorca's airport is around 1 hour (approximately 45 km). There is a regular bus service that can be taken advantage of.

These tasteful furnished apartments offer en suite bathroom facilities with shower, a TV set and a hire safe. Air conditioning and central heating are centrally regulated. Further fittings include a kitchenette with a small fridge, a balcony or terrace, a combined bedroom/ lounge area and 2 separate bedrooms.

Sports and entertainment
Outside, a swimming pool with an integrated children's pool as well as a sun terrace with parasols and sun loungers are available for use. Tennis and billiards can be played (both for an additional fee). Further leisure facilities include a volleyball field and a pitch for bocce.
