This hotel was built by the owner Stelios Rousakis and was renovated in 2005. The friendly family-run hotel features obliging service and a homely atmosphere which make staying there a pleasure. The whole family lives and works on the premises and their goal is to create long-lasting ties with their guests. The hotel has 31 apartments and 24 studios, as well as a reception desk with a currency exchange facility. Within the hotel there is also a restaurant, a bar, and a TV room. Additional amenities include room service (charges apply), medical assistance (charges apply), a bicycle storage room, a car park, and a playground.

Location
This hotel is situated in Malia, a coastal city about 34 km west of Heraklion. This is an inspiring region with its fertile landscape, excellent water filtered through Mount Selena, archaeological treasures, and beautiful beaches, which attract thousands of visitors every year. The centre of Malia is some 100 m away, where guests will find numerous shops, bars and nightclubs. The nearest beach and public transport links are located only some 50 m from the hotel.

Room description
The hotel offers studios with a combined lounge/ bedroom and 2-3 beds, and apartments with a combined lounge/ bedroom, separate bedroom and 3 beds. Both types of accommodation feature two terraces or balconies and a bathroom with a shower. Other fittings include a fully equipped kitchen with a cooker, a coffee machine and a fridge, as well as satellite/ cable TV, a direct dial telephone, and a hire safe.

Sports and entertainment
In the grounds there is a pool with a paddling pool, a poolside snack bar, and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Sun loungers and parasols are also laid out on the beach nearby. Various water sports are on offer such as canoeing, banana boating, jet skiing, water-skiing, and windsurfing. The entertainment programme provides variation for guests.
