The main building consists of the reception hall, an information office with a currency exchange facility, a car rental service and a post office. The area around the buildings is surrounded by ancient olive trees of up to 500 years old, and is well-protected and peaceful.

This apartment hotel is located 400 m from the seashore at Keri Lake, a beautiful village in the southwest part of Zakynthos Island (Zante). Keri Lake is a pine forest resort, the ideal place for a quiet, relaxing and fulfilling holiday. With the most amazing sunset views from Keri lighthouse, and the crystal blue waters of Keri Lake (a protected park for the famous Karetta-Karetta turtle), the complex is an ideal holiday resort.

The studios offer spacious rooms with 1 double and 1 single bed and can accommodate up to 3 people. They are equipped with a kitchenette, with a fridge and a stove. Each studio has a private bathroom and a sitting room with 2 sofas that can be converted into single beds. Both apartments and studios have large balconies with fantastic views.
