The extensive and well-tended complex is built in an architectural style, which combines western elegance and Balinese traditions. It comprises 195 comfortable rooms and is fully air-conditioned. Guests are welcomed in the lobby with its 24-hour reception desk and valuables can be safely stored in the hotel safe. Dining options include a number of restaurants, which offer Indonesian and international cuisine. In addition, it is also possible to relax in the bar or the café with a tasty snack. Further facilities include a newspaper stand and a hotel shop selling everyday necessities. Conference rooms are on offer for meetings. Various amenities are also offered in including room and laundry services, and younger guests can play in the playground. Upon request, a babysitter can be provided for an additional fee.
Location
This hotel is located in the south of the Indonesian island of Bali, only separated from the pictureseque Tanjung Benoa beach by a narrow seaside road. It is surrounded by beautiful gardens and an exotic natural setting. Guests who feel like plenty of shopping, dining in restaurants or enjoying the entertainment options, can either take the regular shuttle bus to Nusa Dua (about 2 km away) or visit the colourful and lively town of Kuta about 25 minutes away. The transfer time to Ngurah Rai airport is around 20 minutes and offers long-haul travellers excellent connections to international hubs.
Room description
The rooms are elegantly decorated in a typical Balinese style. They are surrounded by tropical gardens and offer modern comforts. All the rooms include a balcony or a terrace, with wonderful views over the surrounding area, and come with an en suite bathroom, a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, a hire safe, a minibar, satellite/cable TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Individually controlled air conditioning ensures a pleasant atmosphere even as temperatures rise.
Sports and entertainment
In the well-kept grounds is a swimming pool, which can be heated, with a paddling area, laid out like a laguna and surrounded by exotic gardens. It is surrounded by a large sun terrace, which is an alternative to the beach for relaxing. There are a large number of sun loungers and parasols both on the terrace and on the beach. Furthermore, for those who don't feel like swimming or sunbathing, there is a poolside snack bar where guests can relax with a refreshing drink, play some table tennis or billiards. Sports enthusiasts can also make use of the gym or play tennis. On the beach guests may take the opportunity to try out a variety of water sports, including sailing and jet skiing, for an additional fee.
