Built in 2004, this resort comprises a total of 66 apartments or townhouses set in 6 blocks. The 44 three-bedroom apartments and 22 two and three-bedroom townhouses are set in beautifully landscaped gardens around a large outdoor pool. All accommodation is elegantly furnished with fully fitted kitchens, private balconies, underground parking and satellite TV. The resort has its own restaurant and a children's playground.

Location
This apartment hotel is located just 1.5 km from the coast and Meia Praias beaches. The lively centre offers a variety of shopping and entertainment venues and is situated only 3 km from the hotel.

How to get there
Faro Airport to the A22 Motorway: Exit Faro airport onto the main road alongside the airport roundabout (with statues looking upwards) and follow signs for Faro & A22. Continue along this road for approximately 2.5 km and take the second exit on the right, signposted A22 Lisbon & Portimão. To join the dual carriageway, move into the left-hand lane after approximately 4 km and take the left fork on the dual carriageway following signs for A22 Lisbon/Portimão/ Albufeira. After a further 3km, take the right hand exit off the dual carriageway following signs for A22 Lisbon/Portimão/ Albufeira. A22 Motorway > Lagos: Continue westwards along the A22 motorway for approximately 65 km and leave at Exit 2 for Lagos and Odeaxere and turn right at the roundabout to Lagos. Lagos > Jardim da Meia Praia: As you cross you bridge on the approach to Lagos, Pingo Doce is on the left-hand side. Go right around the roundabout and back across the bridge with Pingo Doce on your right. After the bridge, turn right and then left at a smaller roundabout to Meia Praia and Lagos Marina. At the next roundabout (Marina Roundabout) take the third exit uphill towards a development called Marina Park on the left. Drive past Marina Park and The Mandarin Restaurant and stay on this road for about 2 km. The road is very narrow in some parts. You will see Jardim da Meia Praia on the right. The apartments are painted in shades of terracotta, white and yellow. Take the right hand turn into the resort and then a left hand turn. Follow this road and you will arrive at the reception.

Room description
Each of the spacious apartments comprises a combined living room/bedroom, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with shower, bathtub and hairdryer. The apartments have satellite TV, a hifi system and a kitchen with modern fittings with a fridge, a washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, microwave as well as ironing facilities. Each apartment also features a balcony or terrace as standard and some have air conditioning. Fees for an additional cot are payable at reception.

Sports and entertainment
There is a swimming pool with a children's paddling area and a snack bar available to guests. Outside is a pool with a sun terrace with parasols and sun loungers. Sports activities offered to guests include the option to use the resort's tennis facilities.

Additional information
Reception opening hours are from 9.30 am to 5.30 am from October to March and from 9.30 am to 9.30 pm from April to September. Those arriving or departing outside of these times should inform the hotel staff in advance. The restaurant is open from 14th June to 14th September. During the peak season, there is a bus service running from the resort's grounds to the centre of Lagos.
