Built in 1973 and renovated in the year 2000, this beach hotel comprises 10 floors with a total of 299 rooms, of which 290 are double rooms, 8 are junior suites and 1 is an imperial suite. Amongst the facilities count a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange desk, 3 lifts, a café, a bar, a nightclub, a games room, a TV room, an air-conditioned restaurante with buffet (highchairs available for infants) and a function room for conferences and events. Moreover, it is possible to take advantage of the laundry service and those arriving by car are offered access to car parking. Younger guests are able to let off steam in the playground as well as participate in the kids' club activities (seasonal). Guests also have access to the hotel's wonderful gardens.

Location
The hotel occupies a marvellous location on a hillside in the Rincon de Loix district of Benidorm. Links to the public transport network are 10 m away and a diverse selection of shops, restaurants, bars and pubs are to be found a mere 500 m from the hotel. It is just 750 m to the Playa de Levante and the nearest golf course lies at a distance of around 10 km. The hotel's location makes it unsuitable for those with limited mobility.

Room description
Each of the tasteful rooms comes with an en suite bathroom, a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, a minibar, individually controllable heating and air conditioning and a terrace.

Sports and entertainment
Leisure options include a pool area with a tropical swimming pool, a children's area, a snack bar (open during the summer months), and sun loungers and parasols that have been laid out ready for use. There is also an indoor pool, a sauna (for an additional fee) and a gym to make use of. A seasonal entertainment programme rounds off the offerings.
