Built in 1988 and renovated in 2004, this ApartHotel offers a total of 100 apartments spread over 9 floors. Guests are provided with an air-conditioned foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, lifts, a bar, restaurant, a games room and conference facilities. Guests may park their cars either in the hotel car park, or in the garage (fees apply). A laundry and room service as well as medical assistance are all available.

Location
This up-market hotel is situated in Marbella's city centre, just a few paces from the old town and the numerous shopping streets. This comfortable hotel is only a short walk along the promenade to a sandy beach and the nearest regular bus service is only 50 metres away. Shops and other entertainment attractions are all located nearby, on the promenade and in the centre of Marbella.
