Built in 2003, the complex consists of a lobby area with reception and a safe. A café, a bar, a restaurant, a small supermarket, a car park, a garage and a children's playground are to be found within the complex. This bungalow complex is situated by a campsite and has a central location, only approximately 50 m from the nearest beach. Countless shops, bars, clubs and restaurants as well as connections to the public transport network are to be found in only a few minutes walk away, about 500 m from the hotel.

Guests may take advantage of the swimming pool with a children's area, the snack bar, parasols and sun loungers and are also invited to partake.
