Completed in the summer of 2002, the bungalow complex offers 82 apartments in total, in 3-storey buildings. Guests are offered a lobby with a lounge, lifts, a supermarket, a café, an inviting bar and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with a separate non-smoking area. For an additional fee, guests may use the launderette.

Location
This complex is situated in a peaceful neighbourhood and the tourist area of Risco del Gato. It enjoys stunning panoramic views over the beach of de la Barca (Sotavento). There is also a nature reserve located close to the hotel and a bus stop is right in front of the complex. Moreover, it is 65 km to the airport.

Room description
The comfortable, spacious studios come equipped with an integrated living room/bedroom and a bathroom with an oval or round bathtub as well as a hairdryer. Further furnishings include Rattan furniture, a direct dial telephone, a safe, a radio, individually regulated air-conditioning, an extra large bed (2x2m), a fan and satellite/ cable TV. The kitchen is completely fitted with a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a toaster and an electric coffee machine. All lodgings include a balcony or a terrace. The bungalows are similarly furnished to the studios and are additionally equipped with a separate bedroom.

Sports and entertainment
In the hotel grounds, guests will find a swimming pool as well as a sun terrace with parasols, sun loungers and a snack bar. There also is a gym available for guests' use. For an additional fee guests may take advantage of the sauna, the Jacuzzi, the steam room and the massage service. On the beach, guests may take advantage of the diving and surf school.
