The terraced bungalows are surrounded by 500,000 m² of exotic gardens featuring a small zoo. Facilities on the complex grounds include a reception area, a foyer with lifts, a small supermarket, several shops, a hairdresser's salon, a nightclub and a supermarket. Moreover, there are several restaurants (with highchairs for infants) and a selection of bars. Younger guests may let off steam in the playground or participate in the kids' club activities and the on-site laundry service may be taken advantage of.

This complex is situated in the middle of a tropical palm tree wood of 500.000 m2 in the south of Fuerteventura and right on the seafront of the beaches of Jandia.

There are 6 heated saltwater swimming pools with children's pools in the outdoor area as well as several poolside snack bars and sun terraces where sun loungers and parasols with charge have been laid out ready for use. Guests may relax in the solarium and take advantage of the many leisure options. It is possible, for example, to go diving or surfing or to play squash or billiards and, on payment of an additional fee, to play table tennis, tennis or minigolf. Sports enthusiasts may work out in the gym or participate in the aerobics courses and all guests may participate in the varied entertainment programme.
