Renovated in 2006, the apartment complex guarantees its guests a comfortable and relaxing stay. It comprises 97 apartments and also features a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a lift, and a mini supermarket. Guests may also visit the hotel's café, bar, games room and restaurant, Internet connection (charges apply), and take advantage of the laundry services. Location
The apartment complex lies in Puerto Rico in the south of Gran Canaria. The area has great weather all year round, with sunshine almost every day. A few metres from the complex is a shopping centre with over 100 shops. The beach is only 1 km away at Puerto Rico, while Playa del Ingles is about 10 km from the hotel.

Room description
The apartments come with an en suite bathroom and are equipped with a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV and a safe. In addition to a kitchen area, they are fitted with a small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and ironing facilities. Rooms also feature a balcony or a terrace.

Sports and entertainment
The resort features an outside pool with a children's paddling area, a poolside snack bar and a sun terrace. For an additional fee guests may take advantage of sun loungers and parasols.
