The complex was built in 2004 and offers a total of 88 accommodation options spread over 4 floors, of which 15 are suites and 65 are apartments. There is a pleasant lobby awaiting guests with a 24-hour reception, lifts, a safe and a currency exchange desk. The complex is superbly equipped with a café, a bar, a TV room and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with a separate non-smoking area. There is also a room and laundry service as well as a bicycle storage facility and car parking facilities (extra charge).

Location
This apartment complex is located by the harbour, at the centre of the tourist area, only about 300 metres from the beach. Shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs, approximately 100-300 metres away, as well as public transport connections, 100 m away, are all within easy access of the complex.

Room description
The apartments and suites are comfortable and include an en suite bathroom, a combined living room/bedroom, a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a kitchenette, a fridge, a double bed, central heating and a safe. The apartments also include a separate bedroom. The accommodation is cleaned by the complex personnel on guests' departure.
