Opened in 2004, this air-conditioned complex is housed within a traditional 19th century building comprising a total of 16 apartments. Location
This modern apartment complex is located in the south of the city, within a short distance of Granada's sports ground and Cármenes football stadium. All of the local area's sights, including the Sierra Nevada, the tropical coastline, the Alpuharras and the historical centre of the city, are located within a short distance of the complex. It is just a stone's throw to a selection of bars, restaurants, the river and links to the public transport network. The train station lies about 1.5 km away and Granada airport is some 15 km from the complex.
How to get there
Follow the A44 until reaching the \"Ronda Sur y Sierra Nevada\" roundabout. Here, take the second exit in the direction of \"Vergeles\".

The tasteful apartments include a combined living room/bedroom with a sofa bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate bedroom. The bedrooms are either fitted with a double bed or 2 single beds.
