Built in 1988 and renovated in 2004, the hotel offers a total of 70 apartments on 1 storey. It is located in the centre of a 12,000 m² garden, surrounded by numerous palm trees. The hotel has a 24-hour reception with a safe, a currency exchange desk, a café, a newspaper stand and a supermarket. Furthermore, it offers a bar, a pub, a TV room and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with highchairs for infants. In addition there is a conference room, Internet access, room service, a laundry service, medical assistance as well as a bicycle storage facility, a car park, a garage and a children's playground.

Location
This inviting hotel is situated directly beside the sea. The beach, the Puerto del Carmen promenade, an abundance of shops, restaurants, bars and pubs are all within a few minutes walk of the hotel. Public transport stops are just 500 metres away.

Room description
The resort includes double-room apartments for a maximum 5 people and single-room apartments for a maximum of 3 people. The Bungaolws have complete bathroom, living-room, kitchen and terrace. Are equiped with TV, safe box, telephone, kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, boiler and linen. Hairdryer and iron with necessary ironing equipment, including table.

Sports and entertainment
Guests are offered use of the indoor pool, the pool with a children's area, a poolside snack bar, sun loungers and parasols and a solarium. Water sports enthusiasts may enjoy the diving on offer. For fitness enthusiasts it is possible to play a game of tennis or squash 500 metres from the hotel, for an additional fee. In addition, guests may take advantage of the table tennis and snooker for an additional fee. There is also a minigolf area available. The seasonal entertainment programme will also keep guests entertained.
