The complex opened in 2006, and offers 13 luxury suites with garden area, pool, private parking as well as Internet and WLAN access. Younger guests are sure to enjoy the kids' club and playground.

Location
This complex of suites is located in the residential area of \"\"Los Mojones\"\" in Puerto del Carmen, about 1.5 km from the beach and the recreational area. It is around 8 km from the airport (Lanzarote). Restaurants, bars, exciting nightlife, shopping opportunities and links to public transport can all be found in the immediate vicinity.

Room description
Each suite has 2 bedrooms (one of which has a double bed, the other of which has 2 single beds united), 2 bathrooms, one with hot tub and the other with shower, bouth with hairdryer, safety deposit box, individually adjustable heating, and a living room. A fully-equipped kitchen with microwave whith grill, ceramic hob, tea and coffee making facilities, toaster, ironing board, washing machine, dryer, clothesline and rubbish bin, dining room with a table and 4 chairs, plasma TV in every room with satellite channels and DVD player, radio, fire extinguisher, a terrace area with a table and chairs, sun loungers and parasols. The maximum capacity of each unit is 4 adults and one infant.

Sports and entertainment
The swimming pools are only heated in winter time, from November 1st to April 30th. During this period there is an additional charge of approx. 60 euros per week. The nearest golf course is some 24 km away. The nearby beach is sand/gravel and comes with sun loungers and parasols (both subject to fees).
