Built in 1994, the hotel includes a total of 530 rooms spread over 4 floors, of which 473 are doubles and 4 are suites. Facilities include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a shop, a hairdresser and a beauty salon. Guests are also offered a piano bar, a lounge, a night bar with live music and an entertainment programme as well as an air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking area. Location
This comfortable hotel is situated in a wonderful location beside the sea. It is just a few steps to the inviting Playa Pocillos beach, just across the promenade. The centre of Puerto del Carmen, with a multitude of entertainment venues is located 3 km away and easily reached using the regular bus service (which stops 200 m from the hotel) or by taxi.

The en suite rooms are comfortably furnished and fitted with a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, Internet access, air conditioning, a minibar/ fridge and a hire safe.

Sports and entertainment
The hotel has an indoor pool, 2 pools with a children's paddling area, a snack bar, sun loungers, parasols, a sauna, a steam room and a massage service (use of the last three facilities incur an additional fee).
