Built in 1974 and renovated in 2004, this complex offers a total of 307 apartments spread over 9 floors as well as sprawling, beautiful gardens (8,000 m²). Guests to the ApartHotel are offered use of a stylish foyer with lifts, safes, a currency exchange facility and a 24-hour reception desk. In addition, there is a café, a cosy bar, a small supermarket, a newspaper stand, a games room, a conference room and a TV room. Dining options include an air-conditioned à la carte restaurants with highchairs for infants and there are also various other facilities including a public Internet terminal, an in-house laundry service, room service and medical assistance. Location
This simple ApartHotel is located in the tourist centre of Puerto Alcudia, close to the town centre. Scores of shopping and entertainment venues including shops, souvenir shops, restaurants and bars are to be found in the vicinity. Fine sand Playa de Alcudia lies some 800 m from the complex and links to the public transport network are also located directly in front of the complex.

Room description
The comfortably equipped apartments all come with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV and a safe. There is also a kitchenette, a fridge, tiling and a lounge area in each.

Sports and entertainment
In the garden complex is a swimming pool with integrated children's pool, a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols and a snack bar. Further leisure activities such as table tennis and horse riding are also on offer. There is a solarium within the hotel and, for an additional fee, guests have the opportunity to play a round of tennis or billiards. There is a seasonally varying entertainment on offer at the hotel and the nearest golf course lies some 6 km from the hotel.
