Completely renewed in 2004, the hotel is set in 20.000sqm of gardens and comprises a total of 245 apartments/studios spread over 8 three-storey buildings. Some facilities are a lobby with a 24-hour reception, safe, currency exchange service, supermarket, various shops, TV room, beauty salon, coin-operated laundrette, conference rooms, free WIFI area, public Internet terminal (fee), a bicycle storage facility and bike hire service, a kids' club (for children aged 4 to 12 years old), a playground and a car park. Dining options include an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with highchairs available for children, café, snack bar/pizzeria and a cosy bar. It is also possible to make use of the in-house laundry and medical services.

Location
This apartment and beach hotel is located beside the sea at the heart of the tourist centre of Cala d'Or. Situated on the main road of the Calo des Corral, public transport links and the bathing cove are located just 100 m away. Restaurants, bars and numerous shops are to be found some 300 m from the hotel. The town centre is just 800 m and during the summer may be reached by taking the miniature railway (for an additional fee). Various nightclubs are located 1 km away.

Room description
The comfortable and spacious recently renewed 1-bedroom apartments come with a tiled bathroom with hairdryer, direct dial telephone and satellite TV with a music channel. Further fittings include a combined living room/bedroom, a kitchenette with fridge 2 electric rings and toaster, central heating and air conditioning, a hire safe and a furnished balcony, some of them with stunning sea views. Cots and babysitter are available (for an additional fee). The accommodation is cleaned 5 days a week.

Sports and entertainment
Leisure options include an indoor swimming pool with Jacuzzi and sauna (from May to October), a large swimming pool complex in the gardens offering views out over the sea, a sun terrace with sun loungers, parasols, a massage service, aqua aerobics, diving (offered by local operators), tennis (hard court with extra charge), table tennis, aerobics, windsurfing (for an additional fee), beach volleyball, billiards/ snooker (at an extra charge), petanque, mini golf (for an extra fee), golf (18-hole course), darts and a gym.
