Built in 1982 and renovated in 2001, this hotel comprises a 6-storey building with a total of 143 rooms of which 28 are singles and 125 are doubles. Facilities include a foyer with 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange desk and a lift. A lounge bar, TV room and air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with non-smoking area are all open for use by hotel guests. Location
This beach hotel is located on a small side street, close to the beautiful sandy Cala Mayor beach. The centre of Palma de Mallorca and the marina lie approximately 5 km from the hotel. Furthermore, countless shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs are located in the vicinity and public transport departs from stops located a mere 50 m from the hotel and may easily be reached on foot.

Room description
The comfortable rooms all come with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, fridge, tiling, air conditioning, central heating and a hire safe. The double rooms also include a terrace with a sea view.

Sports and entertainment
There is a sun terrace (in the winter it is covered and heated) with a freshwater pool, a snack bar, sun loungers, parasols and a solarium. A season-dependent entertainment programme provides variation. Sports enthusiasts may try out aerobics or boccie. Guests may hire a pedalo on the beach in the summer.
