Built in 1970, this hotel was completely renovated in 1996 and offers a total of 72 apartments over 4 floors. Guests are offered a number of facilities including a reception with public Internet access, a supermarket, a lounge with a TV and a restaurant with a non-smoking area as well as a laundry service. Younger guests may let off steam outside in the playground. In addition, the hotel has its own car park as well as an underground garage.

Location
The holiday complex draws in guests with its wonderful location directly beside the sea and offers stunning panoramic views over the bay of Palma de Mallorca. The beach is only steps away, reached through an adjoining park area. Bathing in the sea is possible slightly further away, also in front of the complex down a flight of steps. The inviting complex is located just 7 km from Palma, which offers numerous shopping and entertainment venues. Public transport departs from a stop approximately 150 m from the apartment complex.

The welcoming apartments come equipped with an en suite bathroom, a hairdryer, a kitchenette a balcony and a separate living room and bedroom. The living room offers a sofa bed for the 3rd or 4th person.
