This air-conditioned beach hotel was built in 1965 and completely renovated in 2001. It offers a total of 83 guestrooms spread over 4 floors, of which 17 are single rooms and 66 are doubles. The \"\"\"\"RIU Centre\"\"\"\" is approximately 1.5 km away; the centre of Playa de Palma and its many discos is just roughly 1 km away. There is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel (150 m away).
