Renovated in 2004, the apartment complex includes a 5-storey main building with 6 double rooms and 158 apartments/ studios. Location
This apartment complex is located next to the flat sandy bay of Cala'n Bosch. The marina, with its numerous shopping venues, bars and restaurants, is located around 300 m away. The pretty harbour town, Ciutadella (around 10 km away) is easily reached with the local bus service.

Room description
The inviting studios for 1-3 people (where there are 3 guests, the 3rd must be a child) are fitted with a bathroom, a combined living room/bedroom, a direct dial telephone, a kitchenette, a minibar/ fridge, and a balcony or terrace. The apartments include the same fittings as the studios and also offer a separate bedroom.

Sports and entertainment
In the outdoor complex there is a swimming pool with an integrated children's pool, a snack bar as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Sports enthusiasts are offered table tennis and volleyball as well as road bikes and mountain bikes, diving, surfing and pedalos for an additional fee. The seasonal entertainment programme is also suitable for younger guests and ensures that there is never a dull moment.

Additional information
Gas, water and electricity are included. Pets are not permitted. Rooms are cleaned three times a week. Towels are changed three times a week and bed linen is changed once a week.
