Renewed in 2002, the hotel has 25,000 m² of gardens and comprises 193 apartments spread over 7 blocks. The larger apartments are similarly equipped but come with an additional separate bedroom.

Leisure facilities include a swimming pool, a separate children's paddling area, a sun terrace and a grassy terrace area for sunbathing, equipped with sun loungers and parasols.
