This resort extends over a number of neighbouring streets. In the 7,000 m² garden area guests will find 512 apartments, located in 2-storey bungalows and divided into three zones. A coin-operated launderette is available. There is also the Club San Jaime bar and restaurant complex, plus a supermarket and a private medical centre. The main commercial area of Son Bou offers a selection of restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops.

Location
This complex overlooks the long beach of Son Bou and is close to a nature reserve. Guests will find public transport, as well as scores of restaurants, lively bars, and shops all within walking distance of the apartment complex. It is 15 km to Menorca airport.

How to get there
On leaving the airport: continue straight ahead past the first roundabout until reaching the next roundabout, at the main Mahon/Ciudadela road. Turn left towards Ciudadela. Follow this road for roughly 12 km past Alaior on the right, and shortly after that, there is a signpost for Son Bou. Turn right and proceed along the maid road, following the signs for Son Bou. Continue along this road (roughly 5 km), and guests will come to a tunnel in the hillside, after which there is a roundabout, showing a sign to the beach. Continue along this road. The reception office of M.M Property Rentals, is situated on the left-hand side, just past the roundabout, from where the key to the property should be collected.

Room description
The spacious apartments are equipped with a kitchenette, a lounge with a dining area, a bathroom, 1 double bedroom and 1 smaller bedroom. The apartments are cleaned and towels changed twice a week. Bed linen is changed once a week.

Sports and entertainment
In the complex grounds, there are 4 pools, children's paddling pools and sun terraces with sun loungers and parasols as well as a snack bar. For an additional fee, guests may take advantage of the tennis, bike hire, as well as the pool table. The nearest golf course is about 25 km away. The complex also offers an entertainment programme.
