The complex consists of 27 individual villas with terrace and private swimmingpool. The hand-over of the keys is in the recepcion where you can also find services like cloakroom, currency exchange facilities and safe. The area of Son Bou offers a wide range of bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and amusements for childrens.The area disposes of various parking places.

Location
The villas are situated at the top of the Torre Solí Nou hill, near the San Valentin Hotel, at 2 km from the Son Bou beach. It takes a 20 minutes walk to arrive to the tourist centre where you can find bars, pubs, restaurants, and a public transport stop.

How to get there
If you come from the port or airport of Mahon, take the mainroad to Ciutadella. After 10 km you will arrive to Alaior. Take the third exit of Alaior and turn left on the roundabout beneeth the bridge following the signs of Son Bou. If you come from the port of Ciudadela, take the road with directions to Mahon for about 36 km. Then take the first exit of Alaior and on the roundabout beneeth the bridge turn right (to Son Bou). Follow the road to Son Bou and after 6 km you will pass through a small tunnel. At the first roundabout go straight (don´t turn left) and at 50m on the left hand side you will see the reception.

Room description
Two or three twin bedrooms, one with ensuite shower room. Complete bathroom. Large and fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, etc. Sitting and dining room with TV, opening onto a sunny terrace and attractive private swimming pool area. |

Additional information
On arrival all the guests of over 18 years old will have to show their passports as well as the hotelvoucher that they have received earlier. The rooms are available as of 2pm, although the hotel will do there upmost (if necesary) that clients can go in earlier. The day before departure the guests will be reminded to leave the room the next day before 10am, although sometimes due to the maid service's schedule, this time can be extended. The towels are changed two times a week and the sheets one time.
