Renovated in 2002, this complex comprises a total of 130 apartments spread over 7 floors. It offers a lobby with a 24-hour reception, bar-café, TV room, laundry service (extra fee) and car park spaces. In summer and high season, due to the proximity to the nightlife (bars, pubs, discos...) the complex is recommended for young guests, not for families.

Location
This apartment complex is located near to the centre of the leisure district of Playa de las Américas, only 400m from the beach and 100m from the bus station. The Tenerife South Airport is only around 18km away.

Room description
The welcoming apartments have a bedroom with twin beds, living room with a sofa-bed, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and balcony. There is a safe and Satellite TV inside, both with an additional fee.

Sports and entertainment
There is an outdoor swimming pool, heated during the Winter season. Also, it is possible to play tennis and mini golf (both for a fee).

Additional information
During high season the complex will charge a deposit of around 30 euros per person at check-in. This deposit will be returned at check-out once the client's apartment has been checked for damages. The complex reserves the right to not return this deposit if clients continually cause noise and disturbance to other guests. There may be many young clients staying at this complex during the high season and therefore older clients as well as families may not feel comfortable here. An additional deposit of around 20 euros is payable before the telephone line is opened. These deposit charges may change at the discretion of the complex.
