The apartment complex was built in 1974 and completely renovated in 2004. There are 240 apartments/studios in total over 5 floors. The complex offers guests a lobby with a 24hs-reception desk, a lounge, a bar/café, 3 lift, a games room, a conference room and a buffet restaurant. In addition, guests are offered use of an Wi-Fi access as well as an internet point (fee apply).

Location
This apartment complex is centrally located in Puerto de la Cruz, close to the Botanical Garden. The beach and the city centre are located to less than 1km away. The surrounding area is filled with delightful restaurants, bars, boutiques and shops and there is a bus stop located 100m from the hotel.

Room description
The welcoming studios include an integrated living room/ bedroom, a hire safe, a direct dial telephone, a kitchenette with a fridge and a microwave, a satellite tv, a balcony and an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer. Guests can have a microwave and the remote control leaving a deposit. The apartments also feature a separate bedroom.

Sports and entertainment
Outside, guests may make use of a swimming pool with a separate children's pool (both heated in winter) and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Guests may use the hotel's 2 tennis courts, with Astroturf and floodlights (with an extra fee) and play table tennis.
