This newly-built apartment hotel block, completed at the beginning of 2007, has been developed to provide the highest standard of accommodation. The apartments are set in a choice of traditional Victorian and Georgian townhouses or modern developments chosen for their design and convenient locations. They are available for short- or long-term stays, and are ideal for business, leisure travel and corporate housing. A garden, terrace, hotel safe, lift access and a laundry service (subject to fees) are also provided. Parking facilities are available to guests arriving by car in the form or a car park and parking garage.
Location
The spacious apartments are situated on Lochrin Place, close to both The Exchange financial district and the rest of the city centre. It enjoys the benefits of a central location, allowing easy access to the main shopping areas of Princes Street and George Street, as well as the many stylish bars and restaurants in the vicinity. Both Waverley and Haymarket train stations are within easy reach, and the M8 and M9 are easily accessed via the city by-pass.
Room description
The lounge is fitted with comfortable contemporary furnishings together with satellite/cable TV, a radio, hi-fi system, and a DVD player. The kitchen contains a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, microwave, waste disposal unit, refrigerator, freezer, oven and hob, tea/coffee making facilities, ventilation and storage. All the utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware are cleaned and ready for use. Each apartment offers a direct dial telephone and free broadband Internet access. For calls made during their stay, guests will be charged separately. A bathroom, hairdryer, ironing set, double beds, heating, a safe deposit box, and either a balcony or terrace are also provided.
