Q. How and when do I pay my balance?

Your balance is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. The due date will be located at the bottom of the invoice you should have received when you originally placed your booking. You may pay off your balance at anytime by clicking here.

Q. I have not received the emailed accommodation voucher or invoice, what do I do?

If you have not received your confirmation documents within 30 minutes of booking, contact us and we will resend them for you. On most occassions non-receipt of confirmation is due to spam and junk filters set either locally on your email program or by your ISP/mail provider (eg. Hotmail, AOL, Yahoo etc.)

Both your accommodation voucher and invoice are now also available by logging into your booking using the mybooking section of our website.

Q. I need to change something on my booking (dates, add person etc.) how do I do it?

To amend your booking, log into your account, select the booking you wish to amend by clicking the booking invoice ID. At the bottom of the page you are sent to you will see a link to amend the booking, click it then fill out the form on the resulting page. Please note that an administration fee will be applicable to the amendment as stated in our terms and conditions.

Q. I now wish to cancel my booking, how do I do this?

To cancel your booking, click here to be taken to our cancellation page. Fill out the form and submit it to us. Once received our travel consultants will begin the cancellation procedure and confirm by return when the cancellation have been completed. Please note that cancellation will result in cancellation charges as listed in our terms and conditions.

If your reason for cancellation is covered by your insurance, ask for a cancellation invoice. This will enable you to recoup some or all of your losses.

Q. Are flights included in my booking?

No, flights are not included. We provide accommodation and destination services only.

Q. Are prices per person or per unit?

Prices on our results page are listed as the total per room. Please note this is an estimated total only. You will need to add the rooms to your basket to receive a full and final costing that includes all supplements and discounts applicable.

Q. Child ages start from 2, so where do I enter my infant who is under 2 years old?

Infants under 2 years old are not classed as travellers and therefore should be left from the initial search facility. On booking simply enter "cot required for infant" in our special requests box on the booking details page.

Q. I am looking for a hotel that it isn't showing on the results listing page, can you get it for me?

All our availability is shown on our website. If the hotel you require is not returned in the results list, unforuntately we will be unable to offer availability.

Q. What time can I check into my accommodation, and when will I be expected to check out?

The usual check in and check out times for most properties are approximately 4pm (check in) and between 10am-12noon (check out).

If your arrival time is later than the above check in time, then you should contact us be email and we will advise the property of your late arrival.
If your arrival time is earlier than the above check in time, then it may be worth amending your booking to add an extra night to avoid having to wait around until the above check in time.
