Should you need to cancel either part or all of your booking, please fill out the following form. Please take note of the cancellation guidelines below before filling out the form.

After we receive your request to cancel, one of our travel consultants will contact you to confirm your request to cancel.

Before requesting a cancellation, please remember:

 

Cancellation charges are as per our terms & conditions
A cancellation invoice can be provided for insurance purposes if required
You cannot cancel individual persons from a room/apartment, you must cancel the room/apartment
